• Monthly Deposit Limit: The maximum amount you can deposit across any calendar month.

When you request a reduction in your deposit limit, the change takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period. This is intentional: if you decide you need to spend less, that decision should be honoured at once.

When you request an increase in your deposit limit, the change is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period. This delay is designed to prevent impulsive decisions made during or immediately after a gambling session from having an immediate financial impact. During the 7-day period, your current (lower) limit remains in force.

bdfun also offers wager limits (maximum bet size per round) and loss limits (maximum net loss per period). These can be set independently of deposit limits and are particularly useful for players who fund their accounts in advance but want to control the speed and scale of their play.

7. Time-Out & Cool-Off Features

A time-out (also called a cool-off period) is a temporary suspension of your real-money gaming access. During a time-out, your bdfun account remains open and your balance is preserved. You will be able to log in to check your account details or request a withdrawal, but you will not be able to place any real-money bets or make new deposits. Marketing communications from bdfun will also be paused for the duration of your time-out.

Time-outs take effect immediately upon confirmation by our support team — typically within one hour of your request. They cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated. If you feel that you need a longer break than your original time-out period, you can request an extension at any time, which will also take effect immediately.

8. Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive responsible gaming tool available on bdfun. Once self-exclusion is in place, bdfun will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent you from accessing the platform — including blocking re-registration attempts using the same name, contact details, or payment method.
