Your Agreement with bdfun

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the bdfun platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance occurs at the earlier of: (a) the moment you click "I Agree" or a similar confirmation during the registration process; (b) the moment you complete account registration; or (c) the moment you first access any part of the bdfun Services following your initial visit to the platform.

This Agreement applies to all categories of use, including but not limited to: browsing the bdfun website, creating a player account, making deposits using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard, participating in sports betting markets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and contacting customer support.

bdfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, bdfun will notify affected users via the contact details registered on the account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the bdfun platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdfun enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform in your personal capacity.
• You must not be self-excluded from the bdfun platform or subject to any exclusion order applicable to online gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating a bdfun account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdfun complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

bdfun reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of withdrawal, or on a random basis during ongoing account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested will result in immediate suspension of the relevant account pending further review.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bdfun account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. bdfun employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances and pending bonuses across all accounts may be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information to reflect any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdfun will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the breach is attributable to the player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bdfun account that is not reused on other websites.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bdfun support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not allow any third party — including family members — to access or operate your bdfun account.

bdfun reserves the right to refuse account registration applications at its sole discretion, and to request additional verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdfun supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Cashier section of your bdfun account and are subject to change.

All funds deposited to your bdfun account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered bdfun account holder — is strictly prohibited. Funds deposited from a third-party source may be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. bdfun reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of address, before processing any withdrawal. Verified bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours during normal operating conditions.

• bdfun does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdfun accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made to a player account are non-refundable once the funds have been used to place wagers, unless a transaction error is confirmed by bdfun's finance team.
• bdfun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or account security concerns.
• Players are responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise from their winnings in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

bdfun offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spin bundles, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements displayed at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all bdfun promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus Per Player: A maximum of one active bonus may be held on a player account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry are automatically voided without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of the staked amount, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bdfun reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from promotional offers at its discretion, including where a player has demonstrated a pattern of bonus abuse.
• Abuse Policy: Any player found to be exploiting promotions, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or otherwise abusing the bdfun bonus system may have their bonus voided and their account suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on bdfun is subject to the rules and conditions set out in this section, alongside any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant product area of the platform.

Sports Betting: All bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed on the platform at the time of placement. bdfun reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend betting markets in the event of: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, force majeure events, or where bdfun reasonably suspects that a bet has been placed using inside information or in a coordinated manner to exploit an error in the platform.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the bdfun platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino titles, live-dealer formats streamed from regulated studios operated by providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game are the figures published by the respective game provider. bdfun does not modify RTP settings below the values certified by the provider.

• Bets placed in error by the player (including duplicate bets, bets placed on the wrong selection, or bets placed at odds that have since changed) are the player's sole responsibility. bdfun does not routinely reverse bets that have been accepted at the time of placement.
• bdfun reserves the right to set maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps on any market or game at any time. These limits are displayed within the relevant product area and may be changed without prior notice.
• In the event of a system error or technical fault affecting a live game or betting market, bdfun will investigate the incident and apply the outcome that most fairly reflects the genuine result of the event. Where no fair outcome can be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings from bdfun's cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the same withdrawal terms and conditions as all other winnings on the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdfun is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at any time from within the Account Settings section following login. These tools are provided free of charge and take effect without delay upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your bdfun account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory review period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration, helping you maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account from real-money play for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term account suspension by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and confidentially. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications will be suppressed.

bdfun's responsible gaming obligations also extend to the protection of vulnerable persons. Players who exhibit signs of problem gambling — including chasing losses, increasing stake sizes to recover deficits, or expressing distress about gambling outcomes — may be contacted by the bdfun player protection team and offered guidance. In serious cases, bdfun reserves the right to impose mandatory limits or suspend an account in the interests of player welfare, without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the bdfun platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point during account use, including during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdfun platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that originate from illegal activities, or using the platform as a mechanism to disguise the origins of funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bdfun promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account abuse, or any other pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational gaming intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, poker format, or betting market on the platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the bdfun platform without explicit written consent from bdfun.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your bdfun account without first contacting bdfun support to resolve the matter directly.
• Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure, security systems, or data of the bdfun platform.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the bdfun platform by any person under the age of 18.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design elements, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property available on or through the bdfun platform (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of bdfun or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, bdfun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdfun platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any Content without prior written authorisation from bdfun.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any bdfun trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any context not explicitly authorised in writing by bdfun.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the bdfun platform using automated tools.

Game titles and associated assets (such as those from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective providers and are used by bdfun under valid licensing arrangements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdfun and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the bdfun platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue attributable to technical faults, platform outages, or service interruptions beyond bdfun's reasonable control.
• Data loss, account access issues, or security breaches arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Outcomes of games or sporting events, which by nature involve an element of chance and are not within bdfun's control.
• Third-party payment processing delays, fees, or errors outside of bdfun's direct operational control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or game descriptions on the platform that contain typographical errors or are subsequently corrected.

bdfun's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdfun account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit bdfun's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bdfun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bdfun.
• Discovery that a player has registered multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• A player's request for account closure submitted directly to bdfun support.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the player's breach of this Agreement, bdfun reserves the right to void any remaining account balance, pending bonus amounts, and unsettled wagers. Where account closure is initiated voluntarily by the player or by bdfun for reasons not related to player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their bdfun account should contact the support team at [email protected] with their account details and closure request. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdfun reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made for reasons including: changes to applicable laws or regulations, changes to the bdfun product offering, improvements to platform policies for the benefit of the player community, or responses to industry developments.

Where a material change is made to this Agreement, bdfun will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file, or via a prominent notification displayed upon login to the platform, prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting improvements, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice.

The date of the most recent update to this Agreement is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the bdfun platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in full.
